This coffee will take a medium roast well and deliver strong character and richness in the cup, but many people are attracted to its delicate, floral, and tea-like characteristics when roasted lighter to medium.

One of my favorite beans. The resulting brew in my pour over is so smooth with wonderful flavor notes. And the taste changes as the cup actually cools down. Love it, and the wonderful service from beanvoy coffee.
